Return Policy

Tekarbon sets a high quality control standard to ensure our customers receive their items at the best quality. Please keep in mind that due to the materials difference in carbon fiber after market parts, some parts may not be as flexiable and installation-friendly as the OEM parts. If you have any questions or concerns about the parts during installation, please contact our representative; we are happy to assist on a pleasant installation.


Exchange your item if you ordered an incorrect part. In the event of exchange with item at an equal or higher value, no restocking fee will be applied. If exchanged item is at a lesser value than the original purchase, a 10% restocking fee will be charged before the refund on extra payment is processed. Exchanged item will be shipped out within 3-4 business days once the item to be exchanged is received and inspected.

In any event we have accidentally sent defective or wrong merchandise, Tekarbon will be responsible for exchanging the merchandise.

Exchange request must be made within 7 days upon receipt of good by submitting a Return Authorization Form.


For some cases that a replacement is needed, the buyer has to contact Tekarbon by submitting a Return Authorization Form within 7 days upon receipt of goods. After a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) is assigned to the Replacement Request, item must be shipped back to Tekarbon in original packaging in good condition.

With no exception, replacement will not be shipped out until the original package is returned and inspected.


Return request must be made within 7 days upon receipt of goods by emailing us at rma@tekarbon.com. All returns, with no exceptions, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (This is an industrial standard.)

Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) will be assigned to approved returns. Approved returns must be shipping back to Tekarbon in unused and unmodified condition with original packaging within 30 days upon approval. Refund will NOT be issued on returns in the event that product damages occur during shipping back to Tekarbon, or package is received after the specified period. Insurance on your return item is recommended. Return shipping fee must be pre-paid by the buyer; Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

Refund will be issued in 3-4 business days after the package is inspected. Expended shipping is not refundable; merchandize value after the restocking fee is applied, will be returned to buyer via the payment method used at the purchase.

Before submitting a exchange/replacement/return request, please make sure all the following requirements are met:

  • Request must be sent to Tekarbon 7 days upon receipt of the goods (as shown on delivery company's tracking system)
  • Parts must be in its unused conditions; used, installed or damaged parts at receipt will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
  • Discounted orders and special orders (i.e custom wrapping projects, orders of different materials or finish) and all electrical orders (i.e headlights, bulbs etc.) are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
  • Parts sending back to Tekarbon for any request must be in original packaging in good condition. All items will have to include all original packaging in good condition. Any scratches, damanges, blemishes, dents in occurance during transit will not be qualified for any above requests.
  • You are acknowledged that buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost in any event of exchange, replacement, or return.
  • You are acknowledged that restocking fee will be applied on all returns, with no exceptions. Exchange is the alternative if you do not agree.
